This pair of sneakers is the "Rebel Just For Kicks" Red October Nike Air Yeezy 2. This project was a collaboration between myself and sneaker artist Garrett Moon for Andrew Murphy of Youngstown Kicks.
We titled this pair Rebel Just For Kicks primarily because the Red October is a very expensive shoe model, and it was highly discouraged to customize it or tamper with its value. There is a stigma that surrounds customizing a shoe of this value, and our goal was to rebel against that notion. After all, it's just another pair of shoes.
