In collaboration with the Duquesne University Athletic Department, I created this pair of LeBron 4s for new Men's Basketball Coach, Keith Dambrot.
The design pays tribute to two important people in Dambrot's life: LeBron, who he coached in high school, and Sid Dambrot, Keith's father and a former Duquesne basketball player. The design was made to mimic newspaper headlines from the 1950s, when Sid played at the Bluff.
The shoes were presented to Coach Dambrot on opening night 2017, when he earned his first win as Duquesne's head coach.
